About Us

Don Jackson is an international management consultant and CEO of Leadership Edge International LLC.

He holds a B.S. degree in Management from Arizona State University where he was named outstanding graduate of his class. He has also served as a visiting faculty member in the Walter Conkrite School of Journalism at Arizona State.

Mr. Jackson’s training programs on management and communications have been licensed to a variety of corporate training departments and management societies worldwide. His programs have been translated into eight languages.

Mr. Jackson is a certified associate trainer for Blanchard Training & Development’s Situational Leadership II, and a leading distributor for Inscape Publishing Company’s wide variety of learning products including DiSC Classic.

Today Mr. Jackson consults with clients ranging from business and industry to government, law enforcement and education. He has been a consultant to STMicroelectronics since 1979. During this time he has led managemnt training, customer service and team building activities for scores of management teams in the company, including executive management.

He is the creator of the TQM Latch-Cascade program for STMicroelectronics. Following corporate, worldwide roll-out of this program the company was awarded the European Quality Foundation Award in 1997 and the Malcom Baldridge Quality Service Award in 1999. Mr. Jackson also assisted the company in forming its corporate university, STUniversity, located in Fuveau, France. He has been teaching two upper-level management programs at STU for more than 14 years: HR Module of Fundamentals of Management (4 day program), and Developing People Excellence, leadership and communications program (2 day program).

Mr. Jackson has served as director on the boards of numerous business and civic organizations including: The American Red Cross; YMCA; Phoenix Executive’s Club; and American Marketing Association. He served a five-year term as trustee on the Phoenix Union High School District board of education. He also served one term as a member of the Board for Private Postsecondary Education by appointment of the Governor. He is a recipient of the Distinguished Citizen Award from the Maricopa County Bar Association and the Outstanding Service Award from the Maricopa Medical Society for his work in establishing the anti-drug abuse program, CODAC, in Phoenix.

Mr. Jackson and family live in Scottsdale, Arizona.
